A special edition of EH+ Energy & Hydrocarbons Magazine is highlighting opportunities for cooperation and investment between Guyana and the Dominican Republic, with President Irfaan Ali featured on its cover.

Prime Minister Mark Phillips presented a copy to Dominican Republic Minister of Energy and Mines Joel Santos during the 11th Latin American and Caribbean Energy Week in Santo Domingo.

According to a release from the publication, the international edition focuses on relations between the two countries, including opportunities in energy, infrastructure, trade and investment. It is being promoted as the “Magazine of Guyana” for 2026–2027.

The edition was produced under the leadership of Idalia Cabrera, with support from the bilateral Guyana–Dominican Republic Chamber of Commerce.

Chamber President Miguel Ángel González described the publication as a symbol of friendship, trust and collaboration between the countries, saying its purpose extends beyond journalism.

The release said the magazine documents developments in the bilateral relationship and highlights prospects for further economic cooperation.
