Christ Church Secondary stamped its authority on the District 11 Regional Secondary School Athletics Championship, finishing well clear at the top of the combined team standings after three days of competition at the Police Sports Club Ground.

St John’s College placed fourth with 304 points, buoyed by strong performances in the under-17 and under-20 categories, while St Rose’s High remained firmly in contention throughout the meet before settling for fifth with 296.5 points.
Brickdam Secondary finished sixth with 204.5 points, maintaining a solid presence through consistent finalist appearances.

The Bishop’s High School claimed seventh place on 178 points, driven largely by dominant showings in the girls’ events. Marian Academy rounded out the top eight with 143 points, reflecting a championship marked by individual brilliance and steady accumulation.
As the dust settles on District 11, Christ Church Secondary’s emphatic triumph stands as the benchmark heading into the National Schools Championships, scheduled for March.
