Six Neighbourhood Democratic Councils (NDCs) along the East Bank of Demerara were presented with mini-excavators today, handed over by Agriculture Minister Zulfikar Mustapha. The NDCs that benefited include Eccles/Ramsburg, Mocha/Arcadia, Little Diamond/Herstelling, Soesdyke/Hui’s Te/Coverden, and Hauraruni/Yarrowkabra.
