
Neil Madas, 48, an unemployed man with no fixed address, was on Wednesday charged with five counts of break and enter and larceny allegedly committed on December 8, 2025, police said.
Madas, also known as “Shoulders,” appeared before Magistrate Faith McGusty at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court, where he faced charges related to break-ins at the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ptolemy Reid Rehabilitation Centre and three private individuals.
He pleaded guilty to all charges and was remanded to prison. The matters were adjourned to January 7, 2026.
