Dhaneesh Tularam of Saraswati Vidya Niketan, Raquel London of Queen’s College, and Samara Munro of Queen’s College have been named among the Most Outstanding Performers in the 2025 Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) examinations.

Tularam earned top honours in Business, London in Humanities, and Munro in Sciences, according to a Ministry of Education release.

The release stated that the results reflect consistent, high-quality performance across disciplines and reinforce Guyana’s position as a leader in regional education.

The achievements demonstrate the resilience, talent, and dedication of students, as well as the commitment of their teachers and schools, the ministry said.

The release further noted that this success forms part of Guyana’s continued strong showing in both the CSEC and Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE), highlighting the country’s focus on academic excellence and holistic development.

In addition to the top performers, the ministry acknowledged the contributions of parents, guardians, and school administrators, whose guidance and support have played a pivotal role in the students’ success.
