Eight teams have reached the quarter-finals of the Georgetown and East Coast Demerara zone in the Lotto/Let'sBet One Guyana T10 Tapeball Blast, to be played at Lusignan Ground on October 3.

Winners advance to the zone finals at Enmore on October 4. Three regional champions are already waiting in the national phase, where a $2 million purse is on offer at the Anna Regina National Stadium on October 11.

At Demerara Cricket Club (DCC), Titans Rams beat Phantom XI by nine wickets after bowling them out for 40 in 10 overs. Shacin Singh (2 for 2), Derwin Christian (2 for 5) and Clinton Pestano (2 for 8) led the attack, and Pernell London hit an unbeaten 31 to finish the chase in 2.5 overs.

Pure Entertainment beat Intruders by nine wickets. Mark Cumberbatch (4 for 20) and Travis Johnson (3 for 11) helped dismiss Intruders for 63 in 10 overs, and Raphel Frank made 44 as the target was reached in 3.4 overs.

SVC/AJM CC won by nine wickets in 4.2 overs, chasing 101 behind an unbeaten 51 from Jonte Thomas and 30 not out from Quentin Sampson.
Diamond Gunners beat FC ER Gladiators, who posted 96 for 8 through Jaffar Ali (27) and Alvin Mohabir (25). Josiah Lim (36), Ricardo David (34) and Seon Allen (20*) led the chase to 102 for 2 in six overs.

At the Lusignan Community Centre Ground, Avinash All-Stars beat Stripling Warriors by nine wickets, reaching 128 for 1 in eight overs. Stripling Warriors had posted 124 without loss on unbeaten half-centuries from Brandon Jaikaran (61*) and Navindra Persaud (51*). Avinash All-Stars' chase was built on a 62 at the top, with Kadeem Alleyne (36) and Kevin Wickham (28*) in support.

Team Corruption beat Team Upsetterz by eight wickets, chasing 106 in 8.2 overs. Dejourn Charles made an unbeaten 59 and Treatlon Liverpool 32, after West Indies international Kevin Sinclair took 2 for 25 to restrict Upsetterz to 105 for 6.

Housing Warriors won by 45 runs, posting 122 for 4 through an unbeaten 55 from Sachin Singh and 39 from Hiradeo Jailall, then restricting Dream 11 All-Stars to 77 for 7.

Better Hope completed the line-up, reaching 72 in eight overs with four wickets in hand against VP XI. Azad Mohamed top-scored with 30.
