Public servants will now be able to raise concerns and submit ideas directly to Minister Zulfikar Ally through a new digital platform, the Ministry of Public Service, Government Efficiency and Implementation announced.
The Members of Public Service (MPS) Mandate Voice Platform was unveiled in a video posted on the ministry’s Facebook page, in which Minister Ally said it will allow public servants to raise concerns, share ideas and provide feedback to help improve the public service.
Minister Ally said the Government is people-driven and that public servants stand at the centre of every project executed, service delivered and community enhanced, adding that the platform, accessible at voice.mpsmandate.gov.gy, will allow concerns, ideas and suggestions to be submitted directly to his office.
He said the process takes less than two minutes to complete, with each submission assigned a reference number to confirm it has been received and recorded.
Minister Ally said he wants to hear from public servants directly, noting that those who have grown within the system carry insights and perspectives that may not otherwise reach his office.
He said the platform is expected to improve communication between public servants and the ministry while supporting the development of a more modern, efficient and transparent public service.
