The National Top Flight Golf League (NTFGL) has secured continued corporate backing ahead of its second season, with Promotech Guyana renewing its support and Danny’s Auto Sales joining as a new sponsor.
Organisers said the sponsorships reflect growing confidence in the development of competitive golf in Guyana and highlighted the importance of private sector partnerships in raising the sport’s profile locally.
Aarna Restaurant also joined the list of supporters by sponsoring food and hospitality for last Sunday’s tournament round. The Kitty-based restaurant, known for its Indian cuisine, helped provide hospitality for players and supporters during the event.
Tournament officials thanked the sponsors for their support, noting that such partnerships contribute to improving the overall tournament experience and strengthening the league’s long-term development.
The NTFGL was launched to provide golfers with more structured and competitive playing opportunities while promoting camaraderie, consistency, and excellence among participants.
Organisers said they are optimistic the second season will attract increased participation and stronger corporate interest as the league continues to expand.
