
Kishan Bacchus claimed first place at the ANSA McAL Guyana-sponsored Aperol Spritz golf tournament, posting a winning net 66 in a day of competitive play at the Lusignan Golf Club. Bacchus finished with a gross score of 81 and a handicap of 15. Rakesh Harry took second place with the best gross score of the day, 78, finishing with a net 69 off a handicap of nine. Maxim Mangra placed third with a net 71 and also captured the Longest Drive prize.
Other award winners included Videsh Persaud for Nearest to the Pin and Paton George for Most Honest Golfer.
Played under bright sunshine and warm conditions, the tournament combined competitive golf with social engagement, featuring Aperol Spritz—the event’s signature drink—for players and guests. Participants balanced focus on the fairways with festive breaks and post-round celebrations.
