Chase remains unbeaten in KFC School Football Tourney

Defending champions Chase’s Academic Foundation pulled off a dramatic 3–2 comeback victory against Jamaica’s Kingston College on Wednesday evening at the Ministry of Education Ground, as the KFC International School Football Tournament continued.
Despite being reduced to ten men early in the game, goals from Shaquan David, Nyron Barrow and Mark Glasgow ignited celebrations among the small Chase crowd, as the team maintained its unbeaten run against a well-prepared Jamaican side.
In other matches, Trinidad and Tobago’s St Benedict’s College faced Brazil’s José Vieira de Sales Guerra in a defensive showdown. Josiah Barrow finally broke the deadlock in the 76th minute, securing a narrow victory and keeping St Benedict’s unbeaten.
Additionally, Suriname Technical Institute overwhelmed Annai Secondary 9–3, highlighted by Jizzreel Secdoc’s hat-trick and contributions from Darian Dors and others. West Ruimveldt Secondary also dominated their encounter, defeating the Anglican Central Educational Authority of the Bahamas 15–1, with Donovan Welcome leading the scoring with four goals.
