
Athletes preparing for the ‘Clash of Titans’ Mr Guyana bodybuilding competition, scheduled for December 21 at the National Cultural Centre, are ready for competition, according to Guyana Body Building and Fitness Federation (GBBFF) President Roger Callender.
Speaking with Ignite News, Callender said competitors are fully prepared for the annual event, which is expected to attract strong participation and high standards.
“All the athletes are pumped, psyched out and ready for this year’s ‘Clash of Titans’ Mr. Guyana 2025. Um, it is said to be on of the best Mr. Guyana we ever had. Um, we have an amazing trophy that we ae going to be giving out to our top athletes who is going to be Mr. Guyana.”
Callender added that the federation is fully prepared to host the event, which will determine Guyana’s fittest man and woman.
“The body building fraternity is excited, the energy is there, um, the athletes are so excited and they can’t wait for the Sunday to reach where they’re going to showdown and compete for the various titles at Mr. Guyana show this year.”
The winner of the Mr Guyana title will receive a top prize of $300,000, while the Ms Bikini champion will earn $200,000. The competition will be held on December 21.
