Chase’s Academic Foundation demonstrated why they are the team to beat during the latest round of the Republic Bank Under-18 School Football League on Sunday, crushing bottom-ranked President’s College 10–0 at the Ministry of Education ground to maintain a flawless six-match winning streak.

Captain Bryan Wharton was unstoppable, scoring a first-half hat-trick and finishing with five goals overall. Isaiah Ifill added two quick strikes, while Nyron Barrow, Shaquan David, and Darius Chester each found the net after the break, pushing Chase to a perfect 18 points.

Charlestown Secondary also enjoyed success, defeating Three Mile Secondary 3–1 with early goals from Nicholas Neiuelder (a brace) and Dilshawn Alleyne. West Ruimveldt Secondary strengthened their hold on second place with a hard-fought 1–0 win over South Ruimveldt, thanks to a 38th-minute strike from Joel Griffith. That victory moves them to 15 points and within reach of qualification for the sixth Annual KFC Goodwill Series.

In the day’s final scheduled match, Dolphin Secondary earned a walkover after Abram Zuil Secondary failed to appear.

The league concludes this weekend with its seventh and final round, where the top two teams will advance to Petra’s KFC Year-End Tournament.
