On behalf of the Community Development Officers (CDO’s) of Region 4, we extend our warmest and most heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency President Dr. Mohamed Irfaan Ali, Prime Minister Brigadier (Ret’d) Mark Phillips, and General Secretary Dr. Bharrat Jagdeo on their remarkable achievement of securing a second term in office.
This resounding victory is a true testament to the visionary leadership, tireless dedication, and transformative work of the People’s Progressive Party/Civic Government. Over the past years, we have witnessed unprecedented progress across Guyana — from massive infrastructural development, improvements in health and education, to community empowerment and job creation — all of which are shaping a brighter future for every citizen.
We also extend our deepest appreciation to Hon. Minister Sonia Parag and Hon. Minister Anand Persaud for their unwavering guidance, mentorship, and steadfast support to the CDO’s. Their leadership has empowered us to serve our communities with renewed purpose and effectiveness.
