The Central Housing and Planning Authority’s (CH&PA) annual International Building Expo is officially set for August 14 to 17, with organisers promising another invigorating event this year.
Held under the theme “The Road to Success, Guyana 2030 and Beyond,” marketing and logistics coordinator Impressions Branding has reported that the expo will feature over 300 exhibitors, showcasing a creative ground layout, impressive housing designs, and cutting-edge technologies driving the building sector.
Marketing executive Annieza Ally, during an Ignite News exclusive, highlighted that much is in store for visitors at this year’s event.
She noted that over 10 international companies will be participating, representing countries such as India, China, the United States, Canada, and several Caribbean nations. Numerous local companies will also be featured.
Ashana Khandhai, also a marketing executive, pointed out that in addition to the building displays, attendees will benefit from a wealth of information on the construction sector and opportunities to build new partnerships. She added that professionals will be able to network and explore avenues to reach more customers and grow their businesses.
Additionally, homeowners—particularly first-time and prospective homeowners—will have the opportunity to engage with local banks, construction companies, and other housing-related institutions on site, as they move toward homeownership.
For the past 18 years, Impressions Branding has brought creativity and innovation to the Building Expo, managing its design, marketing, and rollout. The company noted that while most booths have already been sold, interested companies can contact the agency at 714-1104, 714-2460, 635-1103, 635-1104, or visit them at 149 Crown Street, Queenstown.
Tickets for the event are available at the Ministry of Housing, its satellite locations, and at the National Stadium, where the event will be held.
