Semi-finals set in ‘June Madness’ Futsal tourney

In an action-packed quarterfinal round of the June Madness futsal tournament, the competition was fierce as teams vied for a spot in the semifinals.
Back Circle ‘A’ faced off against Z Tekk in Game 3, winning decisively 5-1. Chris Macey netted two goals, with additional contributions from Stephan McLean, Ravin Naughton, and Simeon Moore (38th minute).
In a thrilling encounter, the Road Warriors edged out Bent Street ‘B’ with a narrow 4-3 victory. Mattheus De Souza scored twice, including a penalty, for the Road Warriors.
The next match featured a close contest between Sparta Boss and North East, with Sparta ultimately prevailing 4-3. Curtez Kellman scored two goals, while Kelsey Benjamin and Ryan Hackett rounded out the scoring.
Meanwhile, Gold Is Money defeated Bomb Squad 4-1, with standout performances from William Europe—who scored twice—and Randolph Wagner. Kemar Beckford managed to score for Bomb Squad in the 17th minute, but it wasn’t enough to change the outcome.
With the quarterfinals done and dusted, the semifinals are set, featuring Sparta Boss against Back Circle ‘A’, and the Road Warriors taking on Gold Is Money.
