Adrianna’s body taken for full-body forensic CT scan ahead of autopsy

The body of Adrianna Younge was transported early this morning from the Ezekiel Funeral Home to the Balwant Singh Hospital for a full-body forensic CT scan.

The scan will create digital images of the body, allowing for a virtual examination without the need for an invasive procedure. It can help determine the cause of death and identify injuries.

Forensic scans can reveal details that might be missed in a traditional autopsy, such as gunshot wounds, fractures, or other injuries to specific areas like the hands, feet, and face.

The full-body forensic CT scan was requested by the Younge family’s pathologist ahead of the autopsy, which will be conducted at the Georgetown Public Hospital.

Today, three foreign pathologists will conduct the post-mortem examination on the body.

The family is present at the scene and following developments closely. Follow our live feed on our social media pages for real-time updates.
